I can't say enough great things about this dealership, especially Tom Sui and the manager, Tom Bore. I had some problems with my purchase and they went completely out of their way to help rectify the situation. Had the best price around and definitly the best service. Thank you!

I was sold a third party warranty which I wasn’t informed of at the time as I thought it was through Nissan. When I needed to utilize the warranty for repairs, they refused to honor it & I was forced to pay out of pocket because they couldn’t get the warranty company to reimburse me. I was then given a prorated amount of my warranty back but I would have preferred to have the piece of mind of my warranty that I thought I purchased. I was treated rudely & they refused to discuss the matter. Very bad customer service.

Additionally, and cancelled VSC is based on a pro rated amount due to time and mileage. These are not exclusive policies of Sheridan or CNA, they are across the industry.
