"I've been bringing my car in for oil changes for 2 1/2..." I've been bringing my car in for oil changes for 2 1/2 years. My boyfriend has been bringing my car in for me. Last oil change I picked up my car. Wasn't aware you needed photo id to use a credit card. Cashier was so rude. Accidentally left my license home. Had another I'd with my picture. She wouldn't accept it. Asked if she could ask a manager. He said it was ok and he also asked her why she was being rude.

This visit they said I needed a new cabin air filter and had that replaced two visits ago or did they? Not sure I can trust that the work in being performed.
