"Work was done but no one at either service center desk..." Work was done but no one at either service center desk spoke to me as far as the work completed. I was just left to figure out what services were performed.

"ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE" I purchased a vehicle which is a 2014 BMW 328D from this dealership on January 2, 2018. Ever since I purchased the vehicle, there have been a couple major issues but in December 2019, the engine light came on with a reading of drivetrain malfunction. "Went for an oil change even though they told me that they..." Went for an oil change even though they told me that they knew the oil was synthetic the put the wrong oil in the car
"It was a different experience from what I have..." It was a different experience from what I have experienced in the pass. I was not informed that my windshield wipers needed to be replaced. I received a 50% off on synthetic oil change coupon in the mail. The coupon was not allowed because our vehicle does not take synthetic. That was a big disappointment seeing that I did inform the scheduler about the coupon prior. Lastly, the front desk guy was professional but impersonal and not really "service with a smile" guy.

"My last experience with Sheridan Nissan was horrible and..." My last experience with Sheridan Nissan was horrible and I was hesitant to come back for the recommended service. However, Bill was very professional and the service provided was done in a timely manner.
"Unprofessional sales managers" I honestly don’t have ANYTHING good to say about my experience with Sheridan Nissan. The worst finance managers I’ve ever dealt with ever. They gave me the biggest run around. I felt like I was begging them for a car. Aren’t dealerships supposed to want to earn your business not the other way around? I’m utterly disgusted! The manager Chris and Langston were complete jerks and very condescending. Never setting foot in that place again.
