"First of all the oil change went well it was done in a..." First of all the oil change went well it was done in a good time didn’t have to wait long at all. But, then they did a complimentary wash that was terrible never dried off my car and water was streaked on the hood and on the sides, Tbey usually vacuum it out but not this time. Was not Pleased at all

"ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE" I purchased a vehicle which is a 2014 BMW 328D from this dealership on January 2, 2018. "Went for an oil change even though they told me that they..." Went for an oil change even though they told me that they knew the oil was synthetic the put the wrong oil in the car
"It was a different experience from what I have..." It was a different experience from what I have experienced in the pass. I was not informed that my windshield wipers needed to be replaced. I received a 50% off on synthetic oil change coupon in the mail. The coupon was not allowed because our vehicle does not take synthetic. That was a big disappointment seeing that I did inform the scheduler about the coupon prior. Lastly, the front desk guy was professional but impersonal and not really "service with a smile" guy.
