"Unprofessional sales managers" I honestly don’t have ANYTHING good to say about my experience with Sheridan Nissan. The worst finance managers I’ve ever dealt with ever. They gave me the biggest run around. I felt like I was begging them for a car. Aren’t dealerships supposed to want to earn your business not the other way around? I’m utterly disgusted! The manager Chris and Langston were complete jerks and very condescending. Never setting foot in that place again.
"Lied too" I brought my car in for service and told them I hit an animal and my plastic under carriage was shattered and they said they would look at it. They told me all it needed was a clip to put it back up when I got home I looked and it is shattered I have bought 5 cars here and will not buy another at this branch when Jeff was here he treated me like I was important I don’t get that now
"Bad service trying to upsell." They left my air intake filter cover loose after taking it apart trying to sell me an air filter. I was sitting in the customer lounge and the servicee adviser approached me and said he wanted to talk to me and to follow him, I responded what do you want and he got indignant about me not wanting to go talk to him. "STAY AWAY..DON'T GO...INCOMPETENT MECHANICS" I wished I could check NO STARS. My mother had her car serviced there on 11/1/18. She had the tires rotated. The next day she heard noise in the area of the tires. She was afraid to drive the car any further. She had the car towed to the closet Nissan dealer in Philadelphia. They noticed that the lug nuts were NOT tightened up and some were MISSING. The rims were also damaged. She had to spend an additional $150 to have the vehicle repaired. "Worst vehicle buying experience. " At 63 years of age, I have purchased many vehicles from dealers in my lifetime. This was the worst experience ever. The Salesman was pleasant, but clearly inexperienced, and relied on the sales manager for guidance. The sales manager, who lied each time his lips moved, acted as if he was doing me a favor in selling me the vehicle. I finally called him out on his lies and he retreated out of sight. After thinking I bought a car and the dealership having me empty my car and switch my car insurance ......during the presentation of documents the first form handed to me is a Binding Arbitration Agreement. Please read about these. In a nutshell it protects the dealership from any legal action. After refusing to sign this I was told if I did not sign it they could not sell me the car. Once again the little guy gets the dirty end of the stick. My wife paid $30,000 CASH FOR her car, and was manipulated, by Katey in the finance department, to purchase "EXTRA INSURANCE" to cover her car doors in case of small damage being caused by accidental means. We discovered a 2" scratch on the left back door that was caused by someone in a store parking lot. Purchased a $40,000 vehicle from salesperson, Sonny, and was given only one key. When I asked for second set, Sonny assured me it would be sent in the mail. Lie. I called and Sonny claimed he made such promise. Spoke to the owner and was told I would need to pay $500 if I wanted another key. Zero scrupples at this organization from the top down. Avoid.
