They couldn't get ahold of the third party driver to tell me the status of when my car would be delivered when it was in route to the destination. The phone number they gave me to "be in contact with the driver through the whole process" rang forever and went straight to voicemail every single time. When I called my rep, he didn't know what to do either and kept telling me he'd "call me back once he knew"... It was a terrible experience. The agent totally dropped the ball. We were not informed of weight and loading restrictions. The vehicle was held up in transit partly due to these factors. Multiple phone calls from our end to initial agent were of no consequence. We finally got in contact with the third party who actually had the vehicle. Not only did it take twice as long to get there and missed the prearranged pickup rendezvous, but it cost an extra $2000 plus to get it to the destination.
They pulled the car up crooked and we had to pay 200$ to an outside tow company to get the car back on the trailer correctly. Driver did not follow the request to leave the keys for all 3 cars in one car and lock it. We had to pay to get one car opened up that was locked shut with the keys in it.
My vehicle arrived to its destination but was 4 days late and ship your car now provided me with the incorrect driver info and therefore I was unable to contact them directly. I was also provided incorrect phone numbers and so it was difficult to follow up with the company. Overall I would say they need to improve on their communication skills to customers. I would not recommend them to others just for the fact they weren't very forthcoming with assistance and were defensive.

I hired two different companies with 5 star ratings and they quoted me a price that we agreed on and the pickup was to be within a week on both companies and both times a week went by and they hadn't even gotten a trucker to do the job from Iron Mountain, Michigan to Woodstock, Ct.. And when I checked back with them they said that they couldn't get a trucker as it would have to be more money. They both lied to me. They gave me a price and were NEVER able to find someone to pick up my vehicle. I waited two weeks of them telling me ' Any day now" and I finally went with another company. I never heard any response from them. If you can do it, tell me. Don't just keep leading me on. WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN!!!

They pick not my car on time after I paid them in full. They sent me an email that the car as been pick..... only for to car the trucking company and found out it was not my car that was pick up and when I call the agent in the office , he was so rude and even hang up the phone on me... saying he was just trying to help me and that company only made $20 for my deal.

Overall I was not happy with the services, the schedule dated was moved a day back and the arrived dated was one day before the suggested dated (this was a problem because of the planning and timing of everything. Also, they did not deliver to the address that was agreed upon, and stated that "at least it got to the area". I was under the impression that it was door to door and it wasn't.
