I would give zero stars if possible. We had already moved and had someone meet the driver at our house to transport the car. Our neighbors took pictures of the driver hitting and knocking our mailbox out of the ground. I contacted Shipyourcar and they said they would reach out to coordinator and/or driver and I have heard nothing. Our property management company sent us a bill for $250 to repair the damage done by Shipyourcar.

Driver was great, dealing with the broker was horrible. They agreed to pick up day and price, signed a contract then asked for another 100$ at last minute after making me wait two days knowing I had no choice but to pay or start whole process over. You never know who your dealing with you get calls from other companies they give your info to, avoid!! Try to find a transporter who you can talk to directly

I was pleased with the agent I spoke to and the information I was initially given. After I initiated a contract to have the car shipped I became concerned when I realized this company was not in San Diego which is where I was trying to call because the car was in San Diego. The number I called was in San Diego but I somehow ended up with someone in Florida. The worst shipping broker you will ever deal with. They sweet talk their professionalism and once they charge you, they become very poor in their communication. No responses. They sent inexperienced driver to pick up my car from an auction, and the driver fought with the people and left without taking the car and I got charged for that from the auction! Do not use them!

The overall experience was poor. The front end was okay and cheerful. The back end was terrible, promises were not kept delivery was late and communications went downhill in a hurry.

First of all, the guy who picked up my car was abrasive, rude, impatient and unfriendly. He acted like it was a huge imposition for him to do his job! When he took my car everything worked as I'd just had it at the garage 2 days before to make sure it was ready for transport! Yet when I got it delivered, the key fob and door locks wouldnt work! I worked with Jay W, and all was well with the initial process and returning calls. However, when the car did not make the ship to go to Hawaii on time, no call backs and nothing until an email that the car was ready for pick up. Poor service once deal done.

First, the person I spoke to flat out **** to me, telling me that they were NOT a broker, when in the fine print of the contract it clearly says they are a broker. He assured me the car would be transported by HIS company - and then the day of the pickup up I was contacted by "King Haulers" who said they were coming to pick up my car. The car was bumped around being loaded onto the flatbed using a very short, steep ramp, scraping the back bumper and bottom of the car.
