I live in Seattle, WA. I'm buying a Cadillac Allante to add to my classic car collection. I reached out to this company for a shipping quote on shipping a car from Charlottesville, NC to Las Vegas, NV where I'm moving soon. I received a call in response to my inquiry. Communication wasn't there until I escalated my concerns to management they chose a very poorly rated shipping company to handle my vehicle the company they chose had zero communication no respect and treated my vehicle very unprofessionally adding miles to it and off roading in it claiming they put it on the transport vehicle and then delivered it to me but yet the mileage went up 12 miles and it had so much mud under the wheel Wells and all over truck when it had left the dealership detailed I understand that the vehicle g... read more

Delivered my car with broken windshield, destroyed fiberglass hood and windshield wipers. No insurance, and there man told me on phone it is not there problem. All they do is set up the transporter and take there half out of that. You pay the transporter the actual cost of move. They are scam artist who hold them self free of liability. Bought this vehicle from Mecum Auction,110 miles away and in that time costing me over $2000 in repairs.

Disappointed with this company l needed a classic car with hydraulics shipped from Texas to California and the vehicle was driven and played with hydraulics batterys all the way low. The continental kit spare tire carrier was also damage from moving the car at a low position, Angel the driver and companion lied to me when l asked him and her if he had move the hydralic switches , very irresponsible driver .... Defiantly dont recommend this company for classic and high-end vehicles

Worst service ever. One star only because zero stars isn't possible. They're either incompetent or lazy, I'm not sure which. Bottom line after weeks of immediately providing all required documents, I don't have my transport. I've spent hours on the phone with SYC and the transport company and ended up being charged for the driver's time despite the fact that the hold up was with them, not me. Initially very friendly and reassuring that everything would proceed smoothly regarding a boat transport. I was given the driver's number and he was easily contacted and reassured us he would be at the pick up location the next day. The next day (1 hour before pickup) he called and said he just didn't think his trailer was going to accommodate the boat transfer and wanted to reschedule. I would give zero stars if possible. We had already moved and had someone meet the driver at our house to transport the car. Our neighbors took pictures of the driver hitting and knocking our mailbox out of the ground. I contacted Shipyourcar and they said they would reach out to coordinator and/or driver and I have heard nothing. Our property management company sent us a bill for $250 to repair the damage done by Shipyourcar.

Driver was great, dealing with the broker was horrible. They agreed to pick up day and price, signed a contract then asked for another 100$ at last minute after making me wait two days knowing I had no choice but to pay or start whole process over. You never know who your dealing with you get calls from other companies they give your info to, avoid!! Try to find a transporter who you can talk to directly

I was pleased with the agent I spoke to and the information I was initially given. After I initiated a contract to have the car shipped I became concerned when I realized this company was not in San Diego which is where I was trying to call because the car was in San Diego.
