Spent big money on a spa suite only to find out we had to pay $50.00 to use the sauna. Very disappointed. That will be the last time we stay there.

Hi Tom - We are incredibly sorry for any confusion we may have caused. The Spa at Silver Legacy is a separate amenity from room or suite bookings. During their stay, THE ROW hotel guests can buy individual passes to use amenities like the sauna. If you book a 50 min (or more) service, the fee is waived. We are continuously improving our service and facilities to better serve our guests. We appreciate your honesty and your feedback. We hope you'll give us a second chance!
