I came here today with my twin toddlers like I do almost every Tuesday, but today I left in tears and I hope to never come back again. This place is usually dead on tuesdays so the staff lets them jump on the bigger courts but today they were confined to a netted area with only 8 squares where the bigger kids kept coming in so they couldn’t jump around and were confined to 1 square. RecommendedI think it’s ridiculous that the prices are almost 20 just for an hr especially for a 1 year old that’s almost 2. The prices should be scaled up from 1 yr old like normal places not 16 dollars, the same price as an adult. It’s not like my 2 old now is jumping and participating in as many parts of the store as 10 yr old
It was fun for about the first 30 minutes. We paid for an hour and a half. Not worth the cost, our 1st time, now we know. We will spend $66. some where else.
They have no consistency on rules. The last three times. Different rules. Kids smacking into each other. Because they let them jump from mat to mat. And on the same mat. Since last time I had nine people jump on the mat I was on. And my son was almost taken out twice. This place is horrible.
The acoustics in the "party room" were the worst I have ever encountered. The kids did have a good time using the equipment
Our party host was rude, if it wasn’t for my child having a good time I wouldn’t be back. I spent a lot of money on a party they forgot my party favors and there wasn’t good direction
Never will I bring my child here again! Definitely not for Toddlers!!!
Super frustrated and disappointed after leaving Skyzone today. We have been multiple times. Today was the first time I had a 6 and a 3 year old. I knew it would be busier than normal (Spring break week), but today was complete chaos. I finally brought my 9 year old son to sky zone and as a parent I was even excited to get my jump on , the staff was rude they yelled at my son that was right next to me for resting I thought it was ok to rest on the side so than we went and did foam zone and they let kids literally jump on my child in foam zone and he hurt his back and you sign a waiver so no faults there I won’t go back it was like a daycare parents were texting and talking while their kids destroyed the place this was the mishawaka Indiana site
