My experience was great; both Lisa and Jake found the subdivision. They were helpful and kind. The house is built to satisfaction, and we have thoroughly enjoyed our first few weeks in our home. We hope one day we have another opportunity to purchase another Smith Douglas Home. I appreciate the quality and love the home.

It really depends on the builder. The homes are fine, but it depends on the builder that is building them.
My experience was okay. I purchased my house with cash. Some things were supposed to be fixed, but they haven't been. The sod is 12 feet from the house. Some things went well, and some things did not. They skipped my house with sod, but everyone who closed after me got extra sod, and the lady who closed before me doesn't have that issue. We've been calling about the heat, but they haven't returned our call.
