Our site manager did an awesome job at communication and helping us with any problems/questions we have had. The home came out beautifully for the price and overall we are very happy with our purchase.

Richard Sluznis went out of his way to assure my wife and I that Ponderosa would be beneficial for us both. My wife has mobility issues and the fact that Smith Douglas would put in ramps (concrete!!) and had large doorways and a tool in shower was an answer to prayer
