The floor plans and customization offerings were above any other builder we looked at. Our neighborhood still had larger lots that make it feel like my childhood. Staff were very friendly.

SDH offered a great move in offer. ShaKoya the Community Manager was always readily available and willing to assist with any questions or issues. Cosmetic and electrical issues to home and community could have been reviewed more closely.
