From start to finish, the level of professionalism that I received was astounding. There were some issues, but they explained why they happened. I was having some issues with my lender and the closing, and Smith Douglas Homes stepped in and did what they could do to move forward with the process. They really made it feel like I was never alone during this process, and I really appreciated that, it was very comforting.
The team was fantastic from beginning to end!! I have recommended them to several friends.
