We have had a bad experience with DR Horton and this was much better.
Mrs. Sally was the best about explaining what we needed to do. She help with questions we had and we could contact her anytime with her being exhausted from us.
Made the entire buying process so incredibly easy. Professional and attentive.We are your biggest fans!

We highly recommend Smith Douglas Homes. Our experience has been exceptional. They provide high-quality building, and our home is absolutely beautiful.
There is no ameneties, not even walk ways at longbrooke, which is really bad. The windows doesn't come with screens, no bathroom handles or towel hanger and unfortunately don't tell it during the sales.
My experience with Smith Douglas Homes was good at first, but the elevation that I chose, I was told, couldn't be the same as the house next to mine, although my house was two houses apart from the one with the same elevation. Then, a house in front of mine popped up months later with the same elevation as the one directly next to it. I feel as if I did not get what I wanted.
