I will absolutely recommend Smith Douglas going forward! Great product, great team and they have options and layouts for several different price points.
So far, I have had minor issues with the home (faulty appliance/installation, broken handle in shower), but they have all been addressed and handled within a timely manner! Crosser is great and communication has been wonderful. The guide provided during your initial walkthrough is helpful and also reassuring. Denelle made the planning process very simple and fun! I would definitely use SDH for my next home as well!

Overall it was a great experience - especially for a 1st time homebuyer like us.
It was a smooth process, and I was very content with how my home turned out and everyone that I worked with.
Base price and upgrades joke. should be more like other builders and standard things like garage door opener included. Just include it in higher price.

I would definitely refer everyone to Smith Douglas Homes. The builders are just phenomenal and the whole process that occurs during the construction is top-notch from beginning to end. I like that they kept me updated through status reports of the construction process. That was awesome to know and to be able to see the status instead of having to bug them about it.
