The prices for the home was extremely reasonable and the fact that you are able to customize your home to your liking was top tier for me.

It is a good quality home.
I’ve noticed that the contractor when pouring concrete foundation for a house, did not use concrete vibrator which will consolidate the concrete and have stronger concrete foundation. I’m not sure if they used curing compound to cure concrete after it initial setting. That ‘s would reduse cracks in concrete.
