I felt the service was good. I had an experience with the builder because I moved into an area that was quite a bit away from the city of Atlanta. I was initially told I would be able to have my refrigerator delivered to me. Then I was told it was too far. So I ended up having to have it delivered here. I had friends that had built new homes before and had run into problems along the way, so I kept waiting for a problem to pop up at some point in the process. But it was insanely easy to work with Smith Douglas, I was very happy and absolutely love my home.
Very professional and cooperative in our process to secure our home.

I am extremely happy with the experience and service I received from Smith Douglas Homes.. My son and I had a long driving travel from California to Tennessee, and when we arrived at the home late in the evening, everything was perfect. There was a lock box on the door and we retrieved the key and walked into our beautiful new home. Everything was perfect. It was just as we imagined, and everything was built to perfection. The few things that needed attention got properly repaired by very competent people.
Natalia was fantastic to work with and made the whole process effortless. We liked the layout of the home, and the choice of colors and textures. The home was beautifully designed and crafted with care.
From start to finish it was a very smooth process and we definitely would recommend Smith Douglas Homes.
From beginning to end I had a great experience. Many will try to talk you out of working with a builder or purchasing a new build but we had the opposite experience of so many other horror stories.
