A lovely evening, lovely food and fine company. I've been to this restaurant in the US so knew what to expect. Will definitely go back one day as its a bit of a treat! The quality of the steak was first class. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for!
I was quite excited to see that Smith and Wollensky had opened its inaugural restaurant in London as I had tried the restaurant in New York. I understand that the restaurant is new, so the ambiance is not as buzzy as the well established S&W restaurant in New York - a well know institution. I went to the restaurant with American friends. If you have been in Europe for a while and really crave a great American steakhouse meal, go to S &W; get a big Napa red and a US Prime steak and you can stay another week before homesickness sets in again

Fanatic food, service and generally all round. It was a treat for my mums 65th Bday and see was well looked after.
The food and service was true American style, full flavoured steaks and great waiting staff.
Impeccable service. Steak one of the best we've ever eaten. Lobster mango salad also perfect. Kids very happy sharing blueberry pancakes and streaky bacon. They were very nice with our young children. Good disabled access too. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
