Overall, I'm happy with Solar Optimum's customer service. Many props to the post-install managerial team (Harut, Rene & co) who were solution and detail oriented. That said, I interacted with lots of different teams throughout the project, and the quality of product and service (generally ranging from fine to great) depended on how involved I was and who showed up. I hired Solar Optimum to install 29 Panasonic solar panels and a Tesla II backup battery. In my experience, construction requires patience and the assumption that things are going to go wrong. Solar Optimum is the exception to that rule. I first contacted Energy Sage, which is a great resource and I started to receive numerous bids. I was researching costs of Solar for my home. There's tons of info about solar so it's hard to wrap your head around all of it. Solar Optimum was very helpful in helping educate me about the different things available and why one is better then the other as well as answering my questions. A lot of good info and communication was very good.

Solar Optimum was very professional and experienced. I work for LADWP and I believe Solar Optimum had the best quote and panels available. I did my roof and solar Panels with Solar Optimum. Their panels are really with good price and yet still the best quality. I have friends also installed the panels with their help, so far the customer service has been great. Answers to our questions have been always quick. I already recommend to my friend.
