I have Tesla Powerwall installed by Solar Optimum. They are very professional during the installation. Lately there was a power outage and I needed some help. I contacted their customer service, they responded quickly and helped me resolve my issues. I am very please with their service and would highly recommend them.

Updating my review here. 6 years after their install of our battery system (and not a dime paid from me to them during that time, and after another company installed a second array on our house - horrible experience with a roofing company you could read about in my reviews if you really wanted to ...), we were having our Tesla batteries tripping the breakers. Was a great experience from beginning to end! Everyone involved was very knowledgeable and helped with our endless questions! Mitch made sure we knew the process from start to finish and really made us feel comfortable. And the customer service was top notch! Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in solar!

When I requested a quote from Solar Optimum, I got a callback from Mason Brown, I consider myself so blessed to be dealing with Mr Brown because he is so easy to talk to and so patient to explain things, I kept on asking questions because I wanted to understand and he patiently explained everything to me and always with a nice attitude, Mr Brown in my opinion, deserves the 5 stars and more.

I found a few ceiling water stains but cannot tell what caused the leak. I wrote an email to the customer service department of my solar panels company, Solar Optimum, at 5:19 p.m. Since many offices close at 5 p.m., I won't expect the company to contact me until the next day. Love love love my solar. I was not sure because of looks since my house is an older restored home but no one even notices the panels. I am keeping my air at 75 in this heat and no electric bills. . The Glendale team was very responsive. My personal rep Anthony Morales, was helpful and available for all my questions re the system and financing. Really a great company. I still contact them when needed. So glad I got this system from them!!
