Anthony Morales was great. He was my go to on the battery installation. He walked me step by step thru the process and answered all my questions. Battery was installed , programmed and turned on in a very timely manner. I didn't have to do a thing. Solar optimum did it all. All I did was sign papers and make payments ( which by the way were very fair). I recently had a power outage for 12 hours. I didn't even know the power had gone off. Battery kicked on and off as it should. I did nothing.

They are honest, explain the entire process, contract, installation of panels and battery, city permit, PG&E paperwork, inspection and permit to operate, everything was done in less than 2 months. I did comparison with 2 other solar companies, and picked solar optimum. I recommend it. My salesperson, Mike was very helpful and informative.

I'm really happy with the service I received from Solar Optimum so far. The quote they gave me was competitive, and the product they use is high-quality; Mason Brown, who has been my point of contact throughout the process, took time to go over the process in detail and answer all of my questions, plus offered a discount when it was time to do the job. Although we've considered installing solar for years, we finally decided to sign up with Solar Optimum toward the end of 2023. Rather than signing up for gimmicky plans for installation with financing, leasing, or renting out our rooftop, we went ahead with a straightforward purchase and ownership of the system, with a 25 year warrantee on the panels.. We had our solar panels and batteries installed by Solar Optimum at the end of 2023. We wanted our project to be completed by the end of the year so we could take advantage of the federal tax credit on our 2023 tax return. Even though we didn't sign our contract until the end of September, the Company was able to get us through the permitting, design, installation and final inspection process all before year end. I did my research on quite a few solar companies. The reason I chose Solar Optimum was because of my salesman Kevin Carruthers. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through all steps. We have had the product for about a year and half now and not one issue and the system it's outperforming what was promised. I would 100 percent recommend this company

Follow up on the previous post regarding Solar Optimum I received a call from a manager named "R" today. He was very polite and apologetic for what happened. He assured me that my quote was affected by an error of oversight, and that it was indeed a higher wattage panel issue that caused the misquote. Manager "R" indicated to me that customer satisfaction was of primary importance and that he would honor the $18600.00 price by issuing me a coupon for the discounted amount.
