Overall, I'm happy with Solar Optimum's customer service. Many props to the post-install managerial team (Harut, Rene & co) who were solution and detail oriented. That said, I interacted with lots of different teams throughout the project, and the quality of product and service (generally ranging from fine to great) depended on how involved I was and who showed up.
