We had such a great and positive experience going with Solar Optimum as our solar provider for our home. Customer service was top-notch, very responsive to any of our inquiries and kept us informed every step of the way during my solar and battery installation. I had really great experience with Landon Cicero at Solar Optimum. I was interested to do Solar installation on my house and Landon was amazing to walk me through whole process and give me details on options that I have and their pros/cons. This is a review of Solar Optimum's secondary company, Roofing Optimum. I hired Solar Optimum eight years ago for solar panels after the first company I hired could not fit enough panels on my roof to meet my electrical needs. A solar panel expert said to use Sun Power panels, the most powerful at the time. Solar Optimum sold those panels, and they did an excellent job. Just started my process to install a Powerwall with Solar Optimum. Everyone has been super friendly and professional. Mason Brown, salesperson, explained the entire process clearly and communication was speedy and responsive. Still waiting to complete the design and then permit but so far so good!

Had my solar installed about two years ago by Solar Optimum. Choosing them was a great choice,. They have the best pricing the job was done quickly and as a electrician I can say the work was done and a craftsman like manner. I didn't get a new roof or battery so I can't speak to that, but the solar installation process went perfectly. Highly recommend recommended.

We went with Roofing Optimum since we are getting Solar panels from Solar Optimum. We wanted consistency with contractors. We had some delays with City permits, unusual heat wave and product deliveries but the Company came though and made it happen by working on Saturday to get the job done. We love the roof and feel the Company will stand by their product and labor if anything should arise. T @T
