Follow up on the previous post regarding Solar Optimum I received a call from a manager named "R" today. He was very polite and apologetic for what happened. He assured me that my quote was affected by an error of oversight, and that it was indeed a higher wattage panel issue that caused the misquote. Manager "R" indicated to me that customer satisfaction was of primary importance and that he would honor the $18600.00 price by issuing me a coupon for the discounted amount. Disclaimer - I have not gone through the installation yet ! my experience with solar optimum has been amazing, from start to the end (nearly) they have been nothing short of professional and friendly ! They are informative and gives you best advise for ex they asked me not to get a battery as I didn't need it, they don't try to "sell" you stuff you don't need.
