Solar Optimum did a really great job of answering all my questions, and helping me make decisions about what sort of system I wanted. They have a well designed process that makes it clear what has happened, is happening, and will happen as your system is designed and installed, and it never felt like they were trying to just sell me a bunch of stuff. The system itself was installed well, and has been working out great so far.

When initially shopping and interviewing various Solar companies, I ultimately selected Solar Optimum. i found they were always available for my many questions. Installation was super fast and without issues. I even had them upgrade my electrical panel. Solar Optimum's customer service is outstanding. There'a always someone available to answer questions/concerns, and if that individual is unable to address a question, another person with that specific knowledge will call me back. This was such an easy process. They were by far the cheapest and most professional. I also appreciated that they were concerned with aesthetics, not willing to install an ugly panel. Service was quick, installation was quick, inspection was quick, and PTO was quick!

We used Solar Optimum to install a solar system to home in Julne / July 2022. We ended up using Solar Optimum for both the Roof contract and our solar install. Comparing bids across multiple companies, Solar Optimum wasn't the cheapest bidder, but they were highly recommended from another friend. We were happy to spend the extra ~5% for Solar Optimum's excellent customer service & clear communications. I came to Solar Optimum after being rejected by Tesla for Solar. The difference was night and day. Solar Optimum provided timely turnaround every step of the installation. I was impressed at how fast they were able to provide a new system mockup given my feedback so I could tune the size of my system to meet my budget. In comparison, Tesla took 2 months to do anything, so it was really refreshing to get fast turnaround. Solar Optimum also seems to be installing the best products. This past summer I used Solar Optimum to install solar panels on my house. I've been waiting to write a review to see how my energy production has been. So far I am very happy. I feel the work they did was great and they were super fast. I sign the contract on May 3. We finalized the plans on June 2 but it only took that long because we went back a forth a few times on the design. This was my only complaint as the estimated production of the system was different between the sales team and the design team. I know the design... read more

They were great. My only advise is be aware the mostly communicate via email. I am one those who has over 50k message in her inbox so I was slow to reply. Dispite my throwing barriers in their way they got the job done.

I had several issues with this company at first. However, once the issues were brought to the attention of Amin Afshari every single issue was addressed and all problems were resolved. Amin went above and beyond staying in constant contact with me and keeping me updated on the status of the project. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Amin has been to work with and truly showed that this company will own up to their errors and do their best to rectify those issues.
