Update: Within a few days of my initial review I received separate messages from Solar Optimum's Marketing, Customer Service and Sales Departments to sort out the situation. We hired Solar Optimum after several estimates. Solar Optimum is most transparent about the price. The technician, Kien Tran is very knowledgeable and his team worked so hard to update our electrical panel in the narrow and low crawl space. The whole process was slow and the company made it smoothly. We are very happy with Solar Optimum.
I hired Solar Optimum to install my solar energy. They installed 22 panels and two batteries. Since my roof was older they even replaced my roof and they have a crew to do that. The roof was pretty inexpensive and it has energy saving technology. Carlos was so amazing with me regarding my roof. I want to have noted to Solar optimum that the 3-man installation team assigned to us was AWESOME! The tech, the supervisor. The 3rd gentleman I saw 2x but never really spoke with. They were here each of 4 days, friendly, professional, efficient, patient about my questions. Kept their work area clean & neat. Solar has handled everything just as they promised. The inspections - fire & City - went well.
