This place has gone downhill like crazy! They were running an hour behind and didn't bother to let any of the patients know...like none of had anything better to do than sit around and wait for them to get it together. And I paid for this?? I should have looked at the a Yelp reviews before I scheduled an appointment. Ugh.

Awful. Over an hour wait time. Male doctor for my 15 year old as no female doctors in that day. Didn't offer the cd or paperwork to me in an already stressful situation. I call to obtain the cd and paperwork and asked why they didn't offer that to me? The lady said "well, did you ask for it?" Then, was told I didn't sign a hipaa form. I made an appointment with solace on 15th Street in Plano and I called today to ask them to please run my insurance and make sure that I did not have to pay anyting since I had reached my deductible and out-of-pocket. I had an issue at an MRI the other day where they were saying I owe $246 but when I called the insurance I said I owed nothing. I did ultrasound and mammogram and they cost around $2000!!! Beyond insurance, I need to pay $310 to Columbia medical center and $270 to solis! This is a trap.

Had a mammogram here several months back and they clearly seemed overbooked. Kind of like airlines do with flights, but worse. Ladies in the waiting room were talking about their appointment time, and they noticed they were all scheduled for the same exact time, all for a regular mammogram. There were hardly enough chairs. WOW! Is zero stars an option? My Ob-Gyn sent my initial order on 1/30, my appointment was 2/27. They called 2 days before to give me instructions (must have a VERY full bladder) and to tell me to bring my order. I informed her it was already sent over and she said "ok, I'm sure it's here, I'll pull it and attach it to your chart". This place is a scammer artist, take my advise as well as others, do not go here. First they asking for insurance, then they told us, they will charge us for less if we self paid. Of course we failed on their trap. After we fully self pay. They secretly claim on our insurance as well (that why they ask for insurance information at first) for over $2000. How did we find out? I had made an appointment with Solis for a Dexa scan. When I made the appoint I had offered the order number from the doctors referral but was told that it was not wanted or needed. Fast forward to the appointment date as I check in and to my surprise the first thing asked of me is the order number? I explained what I was told on the phone by one of their staff. Second very poor experience here. In both 2015 and this year I have had issues with completion of my mammogram. Today I arrived for my appointment only to be told that I would have to reschedule. I intentionally scheduled for a day I was off of work - terrible customer service.
