Solis automatically scheduled an appointment with me that I did not request or schedule and neither did my doctor. I received two or three texts reminding me of my appointment and I was unable to respond to the texts. I tried calling several times to different numbers for the Burleson, Texas facility and could never get through to a live person. Finally, I called 833-510-9421 and was on hold for over 30 minutes. For 5 months trying to correct their billing error. Continually getting the runaround from the 67 Ave.in Glendale location. They are providing wrong info. to insurance company who are refusing to pay for mammogram. Could care less about correcting their error. Time to get the law involved. Stay away from them!!!

They don't care that people are on hold in excess of 20 minutes. If I was able to make the appointment online I would NOT BE CALLING. Just disconnect the phone cuz you don't answer. Unprofessional, Unbelievable.

My doctor sent them an order for my mammography and they texted me to let me know. I tried to make an appointment online but I had a question about my insurance before I book my appointment so I tried to call them for couple hours but nobody answered my calls. They did not even set up the voicemail so I had no choice but to called them again and again but nobody pickup the phone. I gave up and looked for different places

I received an estimate. It seemed very high so I called to see if this was in-network price. Their estimated wait time was 14 minutes. It took 30 minutes. Then the rep said she would have to call the Southlake location I was scheduled at to find that information. After waiting another 10 minutes, the rep said Southlake location wasn't answering, and she will try again. I asked if there was a direct number so I could discuss this directly with them instead of hearsay. She said all the numbers listed online all go to one call ... read more

two girls sit outside eating lunch and have to be reminded that sign says "24 hours" before even being acknowleded was like working w a 12-year old having them input my insurance received a $720 bill three times now saying they "can't find the insured" spent HOURS trying to get in touch w them and they claim they contacted insurance and "patient cannot be identified" they have NOT contacted my insurance DO NOT GO HERE HOW DARE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN'S LIFE-SAVING HEALTH CARE this is INSURANCE FRAUD

Medical staff/assistants have all been great. My complaint is with the admin./logistics side. Virtually impossible to actually speak with a human unless you have lots of time to kill on hold. Only one central phone # to call, and every department at every location requires a transfer or for them to call & ask that entity to call you back.
