Don't believe them! This company claimed they checked to be sure they were in network. I received a bill and went to the office service was rendered. They were rude and basically said "not my problem". I called billing many times and left in Que more than an hour with no way to leave a message. after being told twice I didn't owe this bill since insurance cover 100% and they would take care of it I got another bill and a text from a debt collector for Rose Imaging but still can't reach billing since they don't answer phone.

The Mansfield location is where I go to get my annual mammograms. I probably got about 5 different text, 3 different voicemails and 2 emails reminding me of my appointment I get there and they say we don't take your insurance anymore. Mind you I completed my online info with the insurance info on there. I wasted a day off from work. I even called my insurance to ask if I needed a referral and they said no. This facility really needs to show more compassion and understanding toward their patients. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment, and instead of notifying me or offering any flexibility, they immediately canceled my appointment. You never know what someone might be going through that causes them to run late -- especially at a place providing mammography screenings, where patients may already be dealing with anxiety or personal challenges. If you're the type of person that gets uncomfortable around transgender people, you should go to this place. You will feel right at home. The lady at the desk continually and, I feel, purposefully misgendered me the entire time I was there, after being repeatedly corrected and asked to gender me properly. There were problems getting them my insurance card because they couldn't just accept it in email and didn't keep the one on file I had sent in. A one star rating is entirely too generous. Moved out of state, with mail forwarding, and never received a bill. Received a shady collections text the other night that I owed money. I called multiple times to Solis to confirm, but it's impossible to contact billing. Solis automatically scheduled an appointment with me that I did not request or schedule and neither did my doctor. I received two or three texts reminding me of my appointment and I was unable to respond to the texts. I tried calling several times to different numbers for the Burleson, Texas facility and could never get through to a live person. Finally, I called 833-510-9421 and was on hold for over 30 minutes. For 5 months trying to correct their billing error. Continually getting the runaround from the 67 Ave.in Glendale location. They are providing wrong info. to insurance company who are refusing to pay for mammogram. Could care less about correcting their error. Time to get the law involved. Stay away from them!!!

They don't care that people are on hold in excess of 20 minutes. If I was able to make the appointment online I would NOT BE CALLING. Just disconnect the phone cuz you don't answer. Unprofessional, Unbelievable.
