First let me tell you I’ll be 63 in March, I have tried every weight loss program there is.. I have gone as far as blood test for allergies and dna test to see why I am not loosing... I did keto a year ago and lost some but been at a stand still about 8 months... SOTA Ft Worth was great. Quick in and out weekly meetings. Expectations are clear, and explanations of why something may not be working. If you stick to the plan, the plan works. I lost 65 pounds in 5 months. I also work in one town and live in another and was still able to have success. Saved money on eating costs as well. Looking forward to going into the maintenance side.
SODA is the real deal, just follow the way they lay it out and you will lose weight! I have struggled with the same 30 pounds for 25 year’s I’m in my 5th week and down 24 pounds and still losing! I know I will see this through to my ideal healthy weight. I can’t speak for any other branch but the Fort Worth locations staff is awesome also.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the first moment I walked in the door. Every detail of the program was presented to me in an efficient and easy to understand manner. I am very excited to be starting my new journey with SOTA weight loss!
Great accountability
The program itself, the methodology has given me hope for my future. I was resigned to the fact that at 55 losing weight was in my past, SOTA changed all that immediately! The support I’ve received from each staff member has been awesome and I can’t wait to reach maintenance and begin the rest of my life healthier, full of energy and and with a positive attitude towards nutrition!
