Really enjoyed my sit down with Taryn at the Fort Worth location. Loved the program and excited to get started!
Just completed week 19 of my 20 week program. I am within 1 lb of my goal weight. Total of 67 pounds lost so far. BY following the program I have been take off my blood pressure and cholesterol medications. Went from a size 36 waist to a size 32 which I haven't worn since my mid 20's. Feeling great. Wasn't the easiest thing I ever done, but been so worth it. Can't wait to see what maintenance phase has in store. Looking forward to keeping it off for good.
