Now that I am working from home I am watching more TV than normal. When I hear the commercials about weight loss programs I question their validity for sustainability. SOTA has been the only program I have tried (and I have tried many) where I have changed the way I eat and what I eat. I feel that I have finally gotten a handle on how to maintain a weight where I feel good, I am healthy, and like the way I look. Thank you SOTA for giving me a new life!

All of the staff have been incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging and very helpful. The food is surprisingly good and I love having a plan which is what I was lacking in the past. I’ve only been on the program for a short period of time but have already seen incredible results and actually more weight loss at this point than predicted. Great experience !!

Staff is friendly and engaged. There is a good variety in the supplements and snacks. I still have a lot of fat to lose, but after three weeks I have dropped in excess of 13 lbs. There was also a good plan implemented for social distancing during the coronavirus outbreak. Overall, I am very pleased with the program.
