When I got out of the Marine Corp I weighed 235 lbs. Because of my health I blew up to 305 lbs. I tried dieting and some other things. Nothing worked. I went to SOTA. I’n 15 weeks I lost over 35 lbs. I now weight 269 lbs. Thanks to S.O.T.A.. Mark D. Warner

The staff at SOTA work very hard to help you accomplish your goals. The 30 lbs I have lost so far, has been done in a healthy way. No starvation diets here and the food is amazing!
