I am maintaining my weight within a pound or so for 10 weeks now. My total loss 65.2 lbs. with the help of the SOTA plan and the assistance of the awesome staff at the Fort Worth location off Hulen.

My experience has been amazing from the time I walk into the door with the front desk people all the way till I walk out the door. I have continued to average around a 4 pound weight loss a week and was even able to loose with the crazy holidays. My goal was to be able to be mire active with my children and it is working I have lost 30 pounds and was able to go rock climbing with my kids this week and I made it to the top something I would not have been able to do a couple months ago. I look forward to my coming weeks

Everyone is very friendly and very encouraging! I’m about 1 hour and 40 minutes drive away and I was a little hesitant to do this because of the distance but decided to go forward and after my 1st full week and few days because of Christmas holidays, I’m excited and overwhelmed to say that I lost 13.8 pounds even during all the holiday celebrations!!!
