SOTA is the best thing I’ve done for myself. The whole staff are supportive and really care and treat you wonderfully. It’s more than their job, they truly want you to succeed. If you follow their plan and advice you will see the lbs melt away.

This program has changed my life. I have the confidence back that I had lost for so many years- thank you for your encouragement, advice, and guidance!
My first visit was very informative and pleasant. The team had great people skills and instantly made me feel like I was part of the team and my objective was their goal. No BS, didn’t tell me it’s easy but explained all the health benefits. I left fired up with a “i can do this” attitude. Time will tell, but they have/will give me the tools to change my life and my health.
When I got out of the Marine Corp I weighed 235 lbs. Because of my health I blew up to 305 lbs. I tried dieting and some other things. Nothing worked. I went to SOTA. I’n 15 weeks I lost over 35 lbs. I now weight 269 lbs. Thanks to S.O.T.A.. Mark D. Warner
Our Appointment was at 11:30 and they graciously worked with us till after closing. Very nice and easy to work with.
