Staff are awesome. Program is best I have ever done. I was taking insulin 120 units a day. By the end of the first week of the program I stopped injections of insulin. I have been insulin free for 6 weeks now

Just completed week 19 of my 20 week program. I am within 1 lb of my goal weight. Total of 67 pounds lost so far. BY following the program I have been take off my blood pressure and cholesterol medications. Went from a size 36 waist to a size 32 which I haven't worn since my mid 20's. Feeling great. Wasn't the easiest thing I ever done, but been so worth it. Can't wait to see what maintenance phase has in store. Looking forward to keeping it off for good.
