The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the first moment I walked in the door. Every detail of the program was presented to me in an efficient and easy to understand manner. I am very excited to be starting my new journey with SOTA weight loss!
Great accountability
The program itself, the methodology has given me hope for my future. I was resigned to the fact that at 55 losing weight was in my past, SOTA changed all that immediately! The support I’ve received from each staff member has been awesome and I can’t wait to reach maintenance and begin the rest of my life healthier, full of energy and and with a positive attitude towards nutrition!

My experience has been amazing from the time I walk into the door with the front desk people all the way till I walk out the door. I have continued to average around a 4 pound weight loss a week and was even able to loose with the crazy holidays. My goal was to be able to be mire active with my children and it is working I have lost 30 pounds and was able to go rock climbing with my kids this week and I made it to the top something I would not have been able to do a couple months ago. I look forward to my coming weeks
