What can I say but wow!! I have lost 130 lbs to date and am closing in on my goal weight. Just follow the program and it will work. It’s fun seeing people you know and haven’t seen in a while and see their reaction. Today one of my sons and I were outside and he just started laughing. I asked him what was so funny and he said I can’t believe how much weight you’ve lost and how you look right now.
Presenter was strait forward and presented all facts .Was very passionate in her job.
First day was great. House guest just started KETO; hubby on low fat. I cooked separately for the two of them and stayed on my SOTA program. Took my house guest to look at senior living. Facility provided our lunch (my substitute for dinner). The fixed me grilled cod, broccoli and sautéed spinach. Dinner, I had my SOTA intended for lunch. Only way I faulted was barely drank water. Program works, great staff, too expensive!!!
Everyone is so nice at the Fort Worth office. Very encouraging and helpful. I have lost 111 lbs since July, 2019 and it would not have happened without their help and encouragement.

Since June (8 months) I have lost almost 68 pounds! I have a lot of support from the team at SOTA. If I need to adjust my food they are ready to assist with that.
