Awesome staff give them a raise
My first visit and it went great.
I absolutely love SOTA’s program, staff, and food/drink options! I lost 58 pounds on the program and have been keeping it off on my own.
Rebecca and the team at the the Fort Worth location have been nothing but encouraging, insightful, and facilitators for me to reach my ultimate weight loss goal. I am down 32 pounds in less than 6 weeks, and feeling amazing! Thank you SOTA team for helping to change my life for the better.

I went to the Fort Worth location and spoke for a long time with Teryn and she was amazing, encouraging, and so helpful and informative. The front desk folks were nice and helpful as well.
It’s expensive and that may be a factor in its effectiveness. I needed to take weight loss more seriously. It has been great for me and it is working as planned.
