Absolutely works if you stick to their program. I couldn’t be happier watching the pounds drop and having friends notice.
Positive and supportive staff who genuinely desire to help people improve their life by losing weight. They helped my lose a little over 80 pounds in 16 weeks and change the way I view and eat food for the rest of my life. A very encouraging and positive experience.
SOTA helped change my life.it may be a little expensive on the front side but nothing compared to the money I’m saving on medications I’m no longer on will in the long run. As long as I stayed on the program and didn’t cheat it works like a champ
