After faithfully following several other diets and not being able to lose weight, I figured my body wasn’t able to lose weight any longer. SOTA is the best thing I’ve done for myself. The whole staff are supportive and really care and treat you wonderfully. It’s more than their job, they truly want you to succeed. If you follow their plan and advice you will see the lbs melt away.
