It has been amazing!! Was taking 3 insulin shots a day and medication.Now just 1 shot every other day hopefully soon no shots!! Haven’t felt this good in a long time.

Everyone is so friendly and motivating st the office. They answer all of my questions about my nutrition and have some great recipes to try. I have lost about 30 pounds so far and I am about half way to my goal weight. I know with their support I can meet my healthy goals.
They are very helpful ! Very friendly! Always help when I call to ask a question! Well you seem to be really impressed by them giving you the amount of weight you lost and having you hold it you might if there’s a spot for Comet she might tell him that they do that every time he like hit a pretty good size one
1st official monthly maintenance visit. Actually dropped weight as I have taken the change in nutrition and applied it with maintenance program. The Ft. Worth staff continues to be so supportive.
SOTA is such an easy nutritional and weight loss program to follow. This will be my 4th week and I feel so much better already. My mental clarity, on-going daily fatigue, painful daily acid re flux, depression and overall lack of enthusiasm has improved enormously. A wonderful side effect is that I have lost approximately 15 lbs!!
