Started back up on the Sota program after a year off. Everyone was very helpful and supportive. The support from staff is great

The SOTA Weight Loss plan is not for everyone. Like every weight loss plan, you need a certain level of commitment up front and to achieve optimal weight loss you need to follow the diet and use their products. Everyone at each level did a complete explanation of the body’s needs, then the program itself then the food.
The staff at SOTA have been VERY helpful and encouraging. They have shown me where their is room for improvement and where I have done well. No condemnation. Just seem to really care! Expectations exceeded so far!
