I was referred to Sota by a friend who had done the program and looks great. I was warmly greeted and they immediately got started with me. They were so very thorough while being focused on me and my wish to loose weight. They listened to all my questions and gave very precise answers. Really enjoyed my sit down with Taryn at the Fort Worth location. Loved the program and excited to get started!
Just completed week 19 of my 20 week program. I am within 1 lb of my goal weight. Total of 67 pounds lost so far. BY following the program I have been take off my blood pressure and cholesterol medications. Went from a size 36 waist to a size 32 which I haven't worn since my mid 20's. Feeling great. Wasn't the easiest thing I ever done, but been so worth it. Can't wait to see what maintenance phase has in store. Looking forward to keeping it off for good.
