I am so incredibly grateful for the SOTA program! Their program works if you do what they say. I have learned so much about what my body needs and how to lose this “stubborn” weight. I have to say, the weight was not stubborn. I just didn’t know what I needed to get into fat burn. SOTA has walked me through it and I couldn’t be happier! It was an easy program for me to follow. I enjoyed the food and ease of preparation. The counselor’s were excellent. Very encouraging and provided support.
I have lost a little over 30 lbs. and if you had told me that I could loose that much 3 months ago I wouldn't believe you. Everyone at SOTA is encouraging and helpful! I still have a ways to go but know that with the help of SOTA products and especially the staff I am going to reach my goal. I can't thank you enough!
