Absolutely works if you stick to their program. I couldn’t be happier watching the pounds drop and having friends notice.
Positive and supportive staff who genuinely desire to help people improve their life by losing weight. They helped my lose a little over 80 pounds in 16 weeks and change the way I view and eat food for the rest of my life. A very encouraging and positive experience.
