Good program and easy for a serial dieter to stick with. I think the commitment is inversely proportionate to the money paid to participate in the program. The counselor’s are very supportive and encouraging. I am now on maintenance and find I really don’t crave or want the snack foods I used to feel were essential with a football game or movie viewing. The only negative for me at my age I am left with ugly, redundant skin. If that could be resolved without surgery, it would be so appreciated.
SOTA is such an easy plan to follow with amazing support and encouragement each week. Now on maintenance, I have been well prepared to follow a new eating lifestyle that I thoroughly enjoy and to keep my weight off.
I was impressed and loved the staff and program from day 1! The staff are all very genuine and personal, felt like friends! The snacks provided are also sooooo good! I already miss the hot chocolate mix, oatmeal, chips, pudding, and bars! I lost 45 lbs and have a whole new routine and habits that have been really easy to maintain! THANK YOU SOTA!
I have tried for years to lose weight and any success i had was gained back and then some! I feel that SOTA has put me on the path to losing the weight i need to, but also preparing me for after. They have truly changed my lifestyle. It has been 11 weeks and i have lost 67.5 pounds!😁

It has been amazing!! Was taking 3 insulin shots a day and medication.Now just 1 shot every other day hopefully soon no shots!! Haven’t felt this good in a long time.
