I have lost a little over 30 lbs. and if you had told me that I could loose that much 3 months ago I wouldn't believe you. Everyone at SOTA is encouraging and helpful! I still have a ways to go but know that with the help of SOTA products and especially the staff I am going to reach my goal. I can't thank you enough!

I was skeptical at first but I am a believer now. I’m well on my way to my goal and lost almost 50lbs 3 months. It’s a life changing diet as long as you take it seriously and follow along. Cheating on it will do you no good and you’ll be spending money to spend money. It may be a little expensive but worth every penny as far as I’m concerned. The plan is easy(ish) to follow and I only mean YOU have to change your lifestyle. What makes it easy is when you see the pounds come off and the feeling you are getting healthier! Worth the $$

Great experience. Need to buy into the process. Once you do and follow the plan it works well. Definitely recommend if you are struggling and need accountability.
I am at week 5 and have dropped over 25 lbs. A lot of the food is tastey, but where I feel I have most benefited has been the accountability of the SOTA workers who give me the encouragement and education to succeed.
