The staff at SOTA were very friendly and professional.
It was amazing!! I lost over 50lbs in about 20 weeks
They’re supportive and extremely helpful when going through such a dramatic lifestyle change!

Very awesome experience. I have met my goal and look forward to maintaining. Best weight loss program available.
Everyone at each level did a complete explanation of the body’s needs, then the program itself then the food.
The staff at SOTA have been VERY helpful and encouraging. They have shown me where their is room for improvement and where I have done well. No condemnation. Just seem to really care! Expectations exceeded so far!
the staff is awesome I love the program every one is so very nice and so helpful so I can not pick a favorite person they are all my favorite
They are always helpful and friendly. We are in the middle of the program and on- track! They have actually made a special recipe for Sandy. They are always willing to answer our questions and will conduct research on our strange food item requests. We are SOTA for life!
