As I'm getting ready for launch date, I was encouraged by the representative to get started toward my goal. This is exciting!

The Staff at the Fort Worth Location are AMAZING!!! They are all so encouraging, helpful, and keep me motivated while on the SOTA Plan. They are so excited for the great progress I have made and keep me motivated each week. The program has been good and one thing that has impressed me the most is that I haven't had ANY cravings and I am one who has a lot of weight to lose so not having cravings for chocolate, cookies or chips and salsa is a real miracle in itself.
