Everyone at each level did a complete explanation of the body’s needs, then the program itself then the food.
The staff at SOTA have been VERY helpful and encouraging. They have shown me where their is room for improvement and where I have done well. No condemnation. Just seem to really care! Expectations exceeded so far!

They are always helpful and friendly. We are in the middle of the program and on- track! They have actually made a special recipe for Sandy. They are always willing to answer our questions and will conduct research on our strange food item requests. We are SOTA for life!

After 3 years of trying Crossfit, personal trainers, and the low carb diets... nothing worked for me. I only gained weight.
