The Ft. Worth SOTA staff is absolutely outstanding! From our initial consultation to now 13 weeks on the program, they have been supportive and a positive mentor to weight loss. They know you by name and are always enthusiastic. Even on the not so successful week check in, we always leave inspired. The program has been successful with my wife losing 35 lbs in 13 weeks and I have lost 37. I talk SOTA up to all my friends and colleagues! Thank you for a great program.
So far the journey has been acceptable. I do tire of all the consultants not having the same feedback. Depending on who I see my goal for the week can change. Something the person the previous week recommended, will turn out to be scrutinized by someone else the next week. It gets confusing. The only other problem is the lack of crunchy foods. Almost all products are liquids or soft. I love chips and popcorn etc... Anyway, the staff is nice and showing more concern each week.

Everyone is so nice and friendly. They explained how the program works and all the numbers from the weigh-in. Each week during weigh-in we review my food log and discuss some new options so my meals don't get boring. I look forward to finding out how much closer to my goal weight I am getting each week. My wife and I are very pleased with SOTA. The staff at the Donnelly office are always helpful and pleasant to deal with. SOTA really works in 6 weeks I have lost 25 lbs. All you need to do is be committed to the process and you will see amazing results!
