My husband and I went in for a consultation and liked what we heard. We figured we would give it a try. We are now two weighins in and are so excited. We both have more energy than we did before. The plan is easy to follow and I don’t have to think about what to make for dinner with all the easy recipes they give you. The staff is so friendly and supportive.

I will admit that when I first started I didn’t want to totally give up my lifestyle. I like to eat. I gave it a try and the food wasn’t all that bad. What really got me to buy in was the first weigh in, I dropped 11 pounds, and was ok need to continue on. I dropped 80 pounds the program works. The staff is great, and always encouraging. Now the part of keeping it off starts, but with what I have learned about eating I should be able to do it. It is an expensive program, but worth the money.
