Working with the SOTA people and program was great. They give you all the tools and knowledge to accomplish your weight loss goals. If you follow what the program gives you the weight will come off and it isn't hard to follow the program. 7 weeks on the program and 2 weeks on maintenance. As of today I’ve lost 25lb. I was able to ditch my Ibuprofen and cpap. At 68 yrs old I feel great. Problem is now none of my clothes fit.
