This is the easiest program I have ever done. I love that you are given food to know exactly what to eat. I highly recommend SOTA.

The Staff at SOTA are awesome!! They are very caring, and very interested in seeing their clients achieve their weight loss goals. I have been in “maintenance” for quite some time now, and they check in each month to make sure I am staying on track, and offer support if needed!! I highly recommend them, and am very thankful for their continued support!!
I have been on the plan for 5 weeks. It is not easy but the support I get is invaluable. I will not give up. I will continue working hard to suceed.

I’m so thankful I had to change my weigh in day last week from my usual Thursday appointment to Wednesday. The team on Wednesday are way more friendly, happy, welcoming and pleasant to talk with than the team on Thursday’s. The white guy that works on Thursday’s is rude and not friendly to work with. I will change and wait for another person to work with if I ever am assigned to my appointments again. Overall, I’m happy with my job on losing weight and that’s why I’m there.
