The whole experience is great. It takes a few weeks to get used to the process, but once acclimated, I was not hungry. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. From our initial consultation, to getting checked in weekly, to the counselors suggestions. They relate to us as a person, not a client. I’m down 45 pounds from when I started in January. And that is with a 2 week set back for vacation.

People are great and the program works great. The people there are always very helpful with any questions and suggestions to help keep you on goal. My progress has been amazing to me and my family and I feel so much better.
I’m just getting started, haven’t gotten my first food order yet. But I have listened to the videos of people who have been successful on Sota, and I also look forward to reaching my goals.

When I came back to SOTA for a restart, the staff greeted me warmly and was happy to see me. Rebecca took good care of me making sure that I have to tools and products to be successful. I love SOTA!
