This is a great way to lose weight. I have lost 19.5 pounds in 4 weeks. The food is great and I do not get hungry throughout the day. I highly recommend this program, no matter how much you want to lose. It has worked for me and it will also work for you too!

Everyone that I have dealt with has been great. They have been very flexible with my schedule changes and the program has worked great. I have only been on it for four weeks and have lost over 20 pounds. I have not been starving I have enough to eat and I am feeling alot better than when I started. Well worth my time and money.
They developed a great plan for me, they keep me on-target and really helped me dial in changes in my weekly updates to best hit my goals. If you submit to their process, their plan works! I'm very grateful and excited to see daily, weekly wins.
