This has been really great. I need the structure SOTA provides. My life is busy and the program allows me to do what I need to do and helps me keep my engergy level up and still loose weight.
OK well I had debated for a while whether or not a ANY program would work for me especially since in my mind, I felt like I could probably do the weight loss thing by myself since I knew the SOTA program was basically KETO based. What I DIDNT consider however was the accountability aspect of the program which comes into play EVERY week that you come in for your weigh in. I missed my Target, but I lost 50lbs! I feel great, I went from a 3Xl shirt and 44 size paints to an XL shirt and I did get in to a size 34 but rocking 36’s. Can’t go wrong with SOTA!!
I’ve almost reached my goal…thanks to encouragement from counselors at SOTA in Ff Worth…. Explaining every aspect of the program helps me understand all the step in my weight loss journey. Thanks SOTA!

The whole experience is great. It takes a few weeks to get used to the process, but once acclimated, I was not hungry. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. From our initial consultation, to getting checked in weekly, to the counselors suggestions. They relate to us as a person, not a client. I’m down 45 pounds from when I started in January. And that is with a 2 week set back for vacation.
