I have enjoyed the food products and like that I get to select which items I want. The staff is very welcoming and great to explain small changes to my meals. Would recommend this weight loss program.

The Staff at SOTA are awesome!! They are very caring, and very interested in seeing their clients achieve their weight loss goals. I have been in “maintenance” for quite some time now, and they check in each month to make sure I am staying on track, and offer support if needed!! I highly recommend them, and am very thankful for their continued support!!
I have been on the plan for 5 weeks. It is not easy but the support I get is invaluable. I will not give up. I will continue working hard to suceed.
