I'm nine weeks into the program and have lost around 30 pounds. I still have 40+ pounds to go. Your staff has been excellent throughout. I'm still a little shell shocked on how much money you charged me, but at least I stay motivated having made such a large investment. Your SOTA foods are good, but your strength is your staff who are all incredibly kind, courteous, professional and compassionate.
All staff was so helpful. Anytime that I was having issues or needed help the staff was very knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care. In all my experience with SOTA was worth it. .

Hard at first but works
Ben in the program 30 days. I’ve lost 15 pounds. The program is easy. I rarely feel hungry, although I of course miss some of my past diet items. But I’m well on my way to goal so I can do this. Feeling better and all my clothes fit again.
