When I came back to SOTA for a restart, the staff greeted me warmly and was happy to see me. Rebecca took good care of me making sure that I have to tools and products to be successful. I love SOTA!

Week 5... Already met my goal!! Down 16 lbs. and feeling great. What an amazing program. Imminently 'doable' for anyone who has the determination to lose weight. The 'educational benefits' (What to eat; when to eat; how to eat!) is the 'cherry on top'. Learning how to manage my weight in a healthy fashion -- is priceless.
I am extremely happy with my experience at SOTA. I have lost a lot of weight in a small amount of time. It wasn't easy but it wasn't as hard as some lifestyle changes. I have a little more to go and plan on sticking with it. Thanks Donna
I'm nine weeks into the program and have lost around 30 pounds. I still have 40+ pounds to go. Your staff has been excellent throughout. I'm still a little shell shocked on how much money you charged me, but at least I stay motivated having made such a large investment. Your SOTA foods are good, but your strength is your staff who are all incredibly kind, courteous, professional and compassionate.
