SOTA is State of the Art - it really is. Over 33 lbs in less than 3 months. For years my belts have had no purpose because my pants were that tight - as the pounds and inches have fallen off, I have put my belts back to work! My Coach Colton has been fabulous. I've had a couple of rough days out of my 5 weeks on the program but the SOTA team has been there to help me through it. The results to date have also been motivation. 26 lbs. in 5 weeks!!!!
The people and the intake experience were all great. Only problem was when we tried to do our first weekly meal plan it seemed like some info given conflicted with paperwork so we had some questions. Unfortunately there's no one to call on Sunday which was discouraging, especially on the first week. For the cost of the program it seems someone could be on call after hours, especially to new clients.
Great! Happy with results. It is hard to get my life back in groove with the new plan. I am hopeful that I will do better with that
All the food is wonderful, shocking to my belief that it would be that good. Doing this type of weight loss takes away the frustration of prepping too much and has made it completely easy for me to stay on track. The office crew are all very friendly and eager to help you with anything you need and give advice to help you obtain your goals. I can't speak highly enough about the Fort Worth location.
