The staff is always so wonderful! They want to help you in every way possible and encourage you as well!
It has been over two years since I started on Maintenance after losing about 25 pounds. I get a monthly check on my weight and encouragement from the staff…I’m still holding my weight.
Sota weight loss is a great experience from the very first visit to the first month of maintenance, which is where I am. Every visit with them has been pleasant and encouraging. The nutritionists are so helpful and understanding that losing 45lbs seemed almost easy. They are the BEST!! Jo

Everyone that I have dealt with has been great. They have been very flexible with my schedule changes and the program has worked great. I have only been on it for four weeks and have lost over 20 pounds. I have not been starving I have enough to eat and I am feeling alot better than when I started. Well worth my time and money.
They developed a great plan for me, they keep me on-target and really helped me dial in changes in my weekly updates to best hit my goals. If you submit to their process, their plan works! I'm very grateful and excited to see daily, weekly wins.
This program is the real deal. I have tried other programs, but the accountability and ongoing support throughout are fabulous. It makes this difficult journey a success!
