In maintenance now....during our bad winter storm with no electricity or heat I had a tendency to eat more. But was only .6 of a pound more when weighing in after a month. This system continues to work great for me.

It is fabulous and the mindset teaching is for life. I’m nearing my High School playing weight at age 54! Just wow... Just do it—don’t worry, don’t wait.
Going in for my appointment at SOTA, I was a little nervous and not sure what to expect. The staff in the Fort Worth office was very welcoming and took the edge off of how I was feeling greatly.
