My experience with SOTA was amazing...words can not describe the positive change that has made in overall eating habits and lifestyle...they've given me all the tools I need to continue on maintaining the weight I've loss and wows I get when everyone sees me...I'm literally my high school weight at 42

Experience with weight loss was great. On track to reach my goal weight with a steady rate of 3.5 lb per week. Team seems knowledgeable and is always supportive. Process is pretty easy once you commit to following the plan.
