Absolutely amazing results! I’ve been tracking my weight for the last 8 years—up and down, up and down with a 20 lbs range. With SOTA my weight just kept going down! It is fabulous and the mindset teaching is for life. I’m nearing my High School playing weight at age 54! Just wow... Just do it—don’t worry, don’t wait.
Going in for my appointment at SOTA, I was a little nervous and not sure what to expect. The staff in the Fort Worth office was very welcoming and took the edge off of how I was feeling greatly.

I am still in the first phase of weight loss with SOTA but I am approaching the finish line. Then I will move to maintenence, I have lost 125 lbs in a year and a half. I am happy with the progress and the program.
My wife and I joined together. So far, in 11 weeks I’ve lost 63 pounds and my wife has lost 34. It’s been very easy. The process has helped us learn new lifestyle and habits as far as eating. The nutritionists have been very helpful and encouraging. We actually look forward to weighing in each week.
