I have tried other weight loss plans off and on in my life. This is the only journey where I feel that I am marking a life change. I have learned so much about food and how it affects my body.
Appreciated the details of the appointment, looking over all the numbers and trying to pick up the bags that were equivalent to 65 pounds of weight loss was very real of my progress!!! Thank you

The coaches and staff at SOTA are amazing and patient. I had an easy time with the program. I have read elsewhere that some consider it expensive, and compared to other programs it can be, but SOTA succeeded where so many other plans I tried failed. It was worth every penny. I am getting ready to go on maintenance after a sixteen week program. I couldn't believe how my before/after pictures looked! WOW! I'll be sticking with SOTAs maintenance program for the rest of my life. SOTA rocks!
