Good exchange of information on how I’m doing in maintenance (which is very good) and where I can add to my diet. As usual, I walk away very happy that I chose SOTA.
Still working to lose ! Week 10, not easy.
Really like the program. It still allows me to do some cooking and when I don’t want to I have the right food to eat. The people at SOTA are also encouraging.
It’s been one month and I’ve lost 20 lbs. Staff is very helpful and encouraging. So far so good!!
My weight loss has been a totally successful! The staff has been very supportive these past months. Goals were set so I could achieve them through out program. Staff gave me support and has answered all questions along the way.
The staff at the Fort Worth location are awesome! Always accommodating whatever my needs are, I’ve tried many diets and this diet has really put me on the right track! Everything is set out and planned out for you, it’s almost no effort in trying to figure out what to eat. It is a little pricey depending on how long your program is set at. Believe me though, when I tell you it’s worth every penny!

Just passed the 1 year mark on this journey. I still manage to be right at my desired weight. I couldn’t do this without the guidance from the folks at the Fort Worth office. They are always available to answer questions and provide the guidance to maintain a healthy lifestyle
All around a great program. You not only lose weight, but you learn why you’re losing weight the right way. I have made it to my goal weight and am on maintenance now. It doesn’t feel like maintenance at all as I have learned so much on how and what to do it just comes naturally to me now. The whole staff at SOTA are so great to work with. They genuinely are there for you at all times with any questions you might have and have. Going to my consultation and the signing up was the best thing I have ever done for myself.
